lion dance!

on wednesday, we did lion dancing. we were meant to do it last term, but the lion dancing teacher wasnt there. we had to buddy up with somebody. i buddied up with zion, and we got the yellow lion. we got to run around in these cool lion costumes; and there was a string inside of the head that made the eyes blink! there had to be two people in the lion and i was in the head and zion was the body. it was hard to hold the head on my shoulders and it hurt a bit but it was very fun!

Once when i was 10 years old, i heared bombs outside my house. I told my mum and she said we have to leave now. I grabbed my teddy, and some warm clothes, my phone, a charger and a blanket.

 We needed to take my cats somewhere safe but we had no one to look after them so we took them with us in cages, with food and water. Me and my mum ant my kitten and cat ran off to a free boat and traveled far away to New Zealand. 

We had more family in New Zealand so we could stay there. When we got to new Zealand, we walked for miles. By the time we got to my aunties house i was night time. Me my mum and my auntie let stomi and kera out of the cage. And then we lived happily ever after

The Weekend

On the weekend, I went over to my friend Millie’s house. We went there at about 7:10. Me and Millie were sooo excited to see eachother. Our neighbour Sandra was also there. We went to Millie's room but on the way we saw Tigger! (Tigger is Sandra's cat) We gave him a cuddle and went to our parents and they said Tigger followed Sandra there. Then Tigger hopped on Millie's bed and fell asleep. Me and Millie were watching Tik Toks and making Tik Toks. After a while my phone went flat so we listened to music and played with some magnets that she had. We played soccer with the magnet balls they keep sticking onto the soccer net. Millie's mum came into the room and said Millie had to go to bed at 8:30. Me and Millie were bored after a while so we did makeup. We made our faces red and we looked very funny. After that, we did some magic tricks. I showed my mum how to do the trick I did, but she said I wasn't supposed to after I did it. me and Millie went back to Millie's room at about 9:45. When it was about 10:55, we hid under Millie's bed and watched Tik Toks. We hid because mum said we were leaving at 11:00. My mum found us, and then we hid under Millie's mum's bed.i keep ringing my mum cos i was bored. Then she came down the hallway and I ended the call. after she found us, i went home. We got home at 11:23. And I went to bed. I cant wait till next time i see her!

Queens Birthday Weekend

On Queen’s Birthday Weekend, my best friend came over to my house for a sleepover. She came to my house in the afternoon. We were going to secretly stay up late like last time we had a sleepover, so we got some food and our device’s. My mum said we could stay up till ten o’clock. We slept on the couch. Me and Millie were thirsty so i had a Milo and Millie had some warm milk. We started to get board so we watched some Tik Toks. We saw one that said “i found the titanic” so i went on to google maps i saw the ship and it was in i tiny island in japan. i asked my mum if it was the titanic but she said no, its just another boat that sank, because the titanic was just of the coast of Newfoundland. We said ok and watched more videos. When it was eleven o’clock me Millie and my mum were still awake and then there was an earthquake. We ran to my mums room and I got my Chromebook out and went onto the Geonet. it was a moderate earthquake. Me and Millie went back to bed, and played BlockStarPlanet. Then about 12:30, we had a midnight feast. I grabbed cookies, chips, crackers and popcorn. We ate all the popcorn and chips. Millie grabbed some cookies and put them on the table. And we ate them all. And then i said we should’ve ate them with our drinks! After that i downloaded a slime game. We made lots of slime and then Millie had a little nap and i played on her tablet cos my phone was flat. Then Millie woke up and we watched Tik Toks together. Then we charged our device’s and went to sleep at about 1:30. And Millie woke up in the middle of the night and played the slime game on my phone she made lots of slimes. In the morning, we play on our device’s again and i went to say good morning to my mum but she wasn't feeling well so we made her some breakfast. I made her a muffin split, and Millie made her a salad. She said thank you and gave us a hug. Then we made ourself some breakfast we had coco pops. And we made mini forts and played roblox and the slime game. Then her mum called and had a surprise for us. We wondered what it was then played our game. When it was lunchtime i was sad because Millie had to go home. And her mum got here. She said the surprise was we were going camping!!! Me and Millie packed our stuff and got in the car on the way we played our slime game. I made lots of slimes we also made eachother slimes on eachothers device’s. I made lots of blue slimes. When we got there, we put our stuff in the cabin and setup our beds. I took my shoes off and rid around on Millie's scooter. Then we went to the camps park. There were two trampolines one was very big and one was small. Millie went on the small one and i went on the big one. The big one was round. We could see the river from the big trampoline. After a while Millie came onto the tramp i was on. We played a jumping game that we did on my trampoline at home. Then we went to get dinner we had fish and chips and an ice cream. I scootered back, and we went back on the tramp and met some nice girls there. We stayed outside playing until 9:00 at night. Millie's mum told us some stories and then we went to bed. In the morning we got ready to go home we went out to the tramps to meet the girls. But they were ignoring us. When we went home on the way, we got some breakfast. I had a blueberry muffin and water. We came back to my house and played with My Kittens. My kittens names are Layla, and Stormy. Layla, is a black kitten with brown lines on her back, and a bit of white on her chest. And Stormy, is a grey kitten, with a white upside down heart from his nose to his chest. Stormy also has some white on his paws. We both had a treat each for them. After a while Millie went home and i went to bed. The End!

Once upon a time there was a girl named lily. She woke up one morning to brush her teeth and have a bath, but when she got in the bath… SHE WAS IN THE OCEAN!!!

She was terrified but she was kind of exited too.

She wished she could take a photo but she didn't take her phone in the bath. Lily saw a turtle coming closer and closer. She was a little bit scared but then the turtle said “Hello! Whats your name?” lily replied back “h-hi! Im lily” the turtle said “thats a cool name!”  “thanks” said lily. After that they had so much fun they pretended that they were sailing in a boat and the splashed the water into the boat. They stayed ther for about 3 hours. Then lily fell asleep. When she woke up, she was in her bed! She thought to herself, “it must’ve been just a dream!” The End

Mums Photo Puzzle

One day, my mum was going to visit my nana at her house at Waikanae Beach. It was a really pretty sunset, so mum decided to stop the car and take a photo. The photo was so pretty, that she showed it to my nana and my nana showed it to her friend in Saudi Arabia, who is a photographer.

She thought it was very good and used it in one of her calendars.

My grandad thought it was pretty, so he had it made into a puzzle and gave it to my mum for her birthday.

My mum found it under the couch with the board games last week, she said, lets do this puzzle.

We spent our day yesterday, putting the puzzle together. It was hard. But im glad we finished it.

My weekend / holiday!!

Last week on Thursday, i me and my mum to nelson in the south island. we had to get up at four o'clock in the morning to pack our stuff and get ready to go. we had breakfast then got dressed and ready to go. when we got in the car it was still dark outside. when we were half way there, i saw that the sky was light purple. i was playing on my phone and then it went flat so i put the window down and there was nice cold air blowing on my face. then there was traffic. when the traffic stopped when were at the hill where my Dad lived. we went past his house. it was a really twisty windy road! it made my feel a bit sick. first we were going to my mums friends house cos she was gonna drop us off at the airport. when we got there i went on my mums tablet and played BlockStarPlanet and Roblox. when it was time to go to the airport my mum gave her car keys to her friend to look after and then she took us to the airport and i got a cookie and hot chocolate. then a bit later i got a ice cream. then we got on the plane. the plane we went on was Jetstar it took half an hour to get to nelson. then Chris picked us up and we went to his house. then we went to the shop. we bought some food and drinks. we bought two bottles of L&P because they were on special. we also bought coke, Doritos crackers, some other crackers that my mum liked, muesli bars, crunchies crackers and other food. then we went home again and then i played on my mums tablet for a while and then had dinner. then i went to bed at bed time.

the next day we went to the brook sanctuary walk. when we went in there was a little house with a lizard, a spotty fish and a crayfish.then we went out of the house and did the walk. it was very quiet, but the birds were loud. then we saw natural water that was safe to drink so we go some in our water bottle. Chris kept making bird noises while my mum was taking videos of the stream and other stuff. we went across lots of bridges. i got a bit tired so my mum gave me a piggy back ride. when i wasn't tired anymore, i hoped off my mums back an started walking again. there were lots of pipes around and lots of clear water. when we were almost there, there was a deep part in the stream. we wanted to go and swim in it but we didn't bring togs and we weren't aloud to anyway. when we were almost at the end there was a little bit slippery pipe to walk on, and a bit of ground to walk on. i walked on the pipe and then there was a track again. there was some other people there too. there was a little staircase by the waterfall and we walked up it. it lead to rocks. we wanted to get right to the end so we did. there was rocks we had to jump on. it was fun like an obstacle course!! there was lots of puddles around. we finally go to a big rock to sit on and we took photos. we stayed there for a while and then started to head back. i couldn't jump on the rock i jumped on before and i thought i was stuck! but there was a bit of grass to walk on behind the big rock. when we got out of the rocky bit, we went a different way. then there was a warning sign about crossing the river. we crossed the river and our shoes got soaked. then we got back into the car and went home. we had some lunch and then we went to feed the neighbours goat. we were aloud to but we could only do it by putting the food in the wire fence. it was getting dark so we went back inside. then we had meat for dinner and then we watched youtube. then a bit later, we all went to bed.

Then on Saturday, the sun was bright and it was time to get up. i had some breakfast and then my mum called me down to the grass and said char there's a kitty down here! i said YEY!! and then came down the kitty was so adorable!! it sniffed me and i patted it. a bit later, another kitty came. that one sniffed me too and i patted it. they were super adorable, but i couldn't stay all day. soon we went to head off to Kaiteriteri. but before we got there, we went to a town but i forgot what it was called. we stayed for about an hour. first we went to a restaurant called Jellyfish. mum and Chris has been there before but i hadn't. i got an ice cream sundae and an apple juice. when we finished we had a look around. we found a museum so we looked in it. there was some games that were on the wall. we stayed there for a bit then went back to the car and drove to Kaiteriteri. i was on my phone playing a game until we got there. it was a twisty windy road too.  first there was the beach were everyone else was. there was a look out, of course we went to walk up to it! then we saw another beach with the sand was more gold and there was less people. we finally got there. it was kinda like a hill going down the track to get to Kaiteriteri beach. i was doing anime run down the track. luckily i didn't trip! we finally got down to the beach. i went into the water to have a little paddle and so did my mum. then we saw starfishes and split apple rock. we saw some caves so we went in. i went out and tried to get back in but one of the muscle shells was sticking out and i stepped on it. it hurt a lot. we stayed there for about an hour and a half and then left. then we drove around places.

On Sunday, the day me and mum were supposed to go home, we woke up early and the stayed around Chris's house for a bit. then i went to my friend Danni's house she has a cute black and white bunny. we played on her trampoline and then watched videos. we went back to Chris's house for a while. then it was time to leave we went to the airport. we got our stuff out of the car and went into the airport. there were lots of flights coming and going until the flight manger said they were having computer issues. my mum knew something was suspicious. i got bored so i played on my mums tablet. i wanted to play sims so i connected to the airport WiFi. then a bit later the flight was cancelled and we had to book the flight again. we got some flight tickets but mum didn't look at them. when me and mum got back to Chris's house mum saw the tickets and they said Tuesday 5th of November but she booked it for the Tuesday 29th of October at eleven o'clock then mum cancelled the flight and booked another flight for the BlueBridge ferry. she pressed the two o'clock in the afternoon. when she saw it, it said eight o'clock in the morning. mum didn't cancel it but she had to ring them to change it. it took about half an hour cos it kept saying thank you for waiting, we will answer when we have time to call. it was something like that :) when they finally answered, we asked to change the flight to eight o'clock in the afternoon. then a bit later we went for  walk around the gardens. there were lots of flowers, foods, and other pretty cool things. there was a bit track on the hill so we walked up it. it was very steep and hard to walk up. mum showed me a pretty purple flower and she took the petals off, and said inside of this flower there ills a tooth fairy toothbrush that the tooth fairy's clean your teeth with. i think it was about a two hour walk. Chris found a cool stick and i took it >:3 i started waving it around. it was a very rocky track. we saw some horses too. then we started to see the gardens again, and we knew we were almost at the end. soon after that, we were back on the footpath. it was about ten minutes until we got back to Chris's house and it was dark outside. i was soooo tired, i went to bed.

It was finally Monday, the time to go home. we got dresses and had breakfast, then packed our stuff. we hoped in the car and drove away. it was a very windy road too. we stopped for a bit to do a small walk but my mum didn't want to go on the bride so we went back to the car. it was about one and a half till we got to the ferry. i was looking out the window. it was mostly trees and ocean and more trees. a bit later it was all down hill. then we went to look at a boat place. we stayed there for a while then got back on the road. we were almost there, and we could see the boat. it was pretty big. mum and Chris found a drink stand. there was ice-creams and ice-blocks too. i got an ice-block, and it was in a container the shape of a cup. it was pink and white inside we went into the waiting area and put our bags on a scale. then the went onto the boat. the lady gave me a colouring in book, stickers, pencils, and a bag to put then in. they were all pirate things :D this time Chris stayed, because he didn't want to go all the way back home, then all the way back here, then all the way back home. i finished my ice cream then soon we got called to go on to bus, to the boat. we hugged Chris, then he went home. getting to the boat from the bus, didn't take long. soon we were climbing up the steps of the boat. we hoped into a seat and soon after that, the boat was moving. we went to the drink stand and got an apple juice, and water. for a while i was playing on my mums tablet. soon after that, we were in wellington!! my mums friend was there to pick us up so then we went to here house where our car was. we stayed there for a few hours, then went home. i went to sleep later on. the end :3

Drawing

Drawing is fun. You can draw whatever you want. You can use paint, pencil, pen, markers, whiteboard markers, permanent marker and more. You can mix colours, but primary colours would probably make brown. You can draw on paper, an easel, a whiteboard, or there are drawing apps. another way of drawing is sketching, or tracing.

You can draw things in books, or colour in things in a book. Things that are easy to draw are flowers, cats, dogs, stick people, apples, and more. you can also draw things that aren't real, or abstract. Nothing is impossible to draw.

You can imagine what you draw and then draw it, but it might not be the same as you imagine it. you can also find something online and try draw it.

Sometimes you can make a lot of money for drawing. Hard drawing can be realistic, cartoon, and more.

Holiday programme

Two weeks ago on Monday, i went to holiday programme. The holiday programme i went to was called sKids.

At sKids, on Monday, we had a carnival day. the first thing we did was make toffee apples and some people went on the bouncy castle. When we made toffee apples, we got a bowl, sugar, flour, food colouring, cream of tartar, apples and Popsicle sticks. we boiled sugar to 150 degrees. The staff called Kaiya said that the sugar is so hot that i we touch it, we would go to hospital cos it will burn us. i put in the red food colouring.

after we finished, me and my friends went on the bouncy castle. the bouncy castle fell down but i go out before it fell down. then the sKids staff made it come back up. then it fell down again. then it came up, and the staff said, only 5 people at a time. later we covered our toffee apples with the sugar and then made chocolate fudge and Russian fudge. when i was mixing the Russian fudge, it started burning so one of the staff turned it down.

then we played games. the first game was popping a balloon with a dart. there was about seven balloons, and i popped one!! there was enough prizes for everyone but not the balloon one. we played another game where you had to get a ball in a cup i got that too. the last game was getting a pool ring on a bottle that was the last game and i won that too.
